Ady graduated from Dartmouth College in June 2024 with a BA in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. During her undergraduate years, she researched the role of droplet digital PCR and chromosomal microarray in melanoma and differentiated vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia diagnosis through the Program for Oncology Workforce Education & Research Experience at Dartmouth (POWERED). During her senior year, she led a research study on trauma-informed care for cancer patients who have survived gender-based violence. Her work has been published in several medical journals. Furthermore, she conducted clinical trials and raised funding for an AI-based healthcare startup, PixCell Pathology, focusing on the global health impacts of the innovative device. Since June 2024, Ady has worked under the mentorship of Dr. Elizabeth Rossin to study the genomics underlying retinal diseases and treatment outcomes for uveal cancer patients at Mass Eye & Ear. Ady’s research interests include improving access to cancer care, applications of artificial intelligence to global health, and gender disparities in healthcare.
