Aamilah graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 2024 with her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Biomedical Engineering. Since June 2024, she has worked with Dr. Rossin for recruiting patients for the retina biobank and central serous retinopathy study. She is currently working on a computational project centered on modeling protein interactions implicated in inherited retinal diseases for pathogenic and benign mutations. Her research interests lie at the intersection of regenerative medicine and stem cells for clinical care.
